Honestly to pay 50$ for some mediocre food and some nasty attitudes I would’ve rather starve. They need to take Julie off of the drive through window. And the manager was unconcerned about it when it was brought to his attention. The menu isn’t very clear on details while ordering and rather than explain it she was huffing and puffing having to ask questions. The strawberry milkshake wasn’t even strawberry and they gave us no sauce. Slammed the window as soon as we got our bag. Very awkward experience. No wonder I don’t eat here.

Very impressed. First time here at Zaxby's. I walked in, and the person working the register was walking around checking something. He stopped and asked if I was ready to order, then went back around the counter to take care of me. Most employees would have told me to wait a minute, so this was great customer service. They were getting ready to close the dining room but were still serving and cleaning. The place was spotless,and everyone seemed to be in a good mood. Please keep up the good work, employees and management.
