This establishment provided the worst birthday experience I've ever had. We had reservations for Saturday 27th.
I want to preface my review by saying that we live in a rural town on a farm and we don't get out much these days because we are so far from the city.. I was quite excited on my milestone 45th birthday that so many had recommended the Rose Villa and we decided to make brunch reservations to start the birthday day off right.
