“Great place to get a quick gluten free lunch. I have celiac's so the gluten free part is EXTREMELY important and I can happily say I've never had an issue after eating here. Even the gluten free buns are sealed to prevent cross contamination. A+ job on the food. The staff is really friendly and happy to chat or slip me freebies through their app. Kudos to Mark and all of the staff over there.“

“I’ve pass by here many many times and I was in the area so I decided to come in and try the place. I went in and the place was insanely clean. Line was a little wait but they had the staff getting everyone surfed. I tried talking to the staff and make small conversations but they were not interested that’s the only gripe I have with it. Otherwise the food was really good and the place was really clean and they often go around and clean everything I definitely will come back!

“You can get chicken here. And waffles fries. That's pretty much all they do, and they do it pretty well. They'll fry it for you or heat up the grilled chicken bites- they'll even throw it on a salad if you want. Eventually, even you will get through the drive thru line. Or you can eat inside if there's enough room. There's so many people in there. I recommend getting the sauce“

“It's your typical Pollo Tropical, it's a blend of Cuban Puerto Rican Etc a
Parking: They've got a large parking lot but being the only Pollo Tropical between here and Fort Myers sometimes parking can be hard
Kid-friendliness: Your typical fast food friendliness level, except it seems to have more of a Hispanic flavor to it
Wheelchair accessibility: As a chain restaurant it's up to code“
