I'm retracting my 5 star review. I have loved this place and been a REALLY GOOD CUSTOMER placing mobile orders for my kids even when I'm not with them. I have been collecting rewards and everytime, including today, I try to use them, they tell me I'm doing it wrong. This time she told me to do it like I did it last time. I had an apparent user error ordering catering. When I went to go pick it up that day Karen the GM was an angel, she was able to help me get the amount of food I needed in a timely manner and saved the day!
