“I loved him literally, I went because I read very good comments and I was surprised because they prepared sushi as they do in my country just for me. He is full of energy, explained the dishes, gave us suggestions and was very attentive.
My favorite from his suggestions, Maguro Truffle, Sticky Ribs, Hawaii XO Roll and the Double Tekka Roll. For dessert we had the Ube Cheese Cake. Sweet, smooth, perfect to share with two. Yes! I would order it all again.
The ambiance, 4 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
The decor is cheeky/romantic with dim lights. But noise level was pretty high. It’s ok if you are sitting right next to each other. I can hear larger parties speaking louder to be able to carry a conversation.
Restroom situation, 2 ⭐️ ⭐️
There is 1 bathroom for females and 1 bathroom for males. I didn’t really noticed it until the line came out of the bathroom area and people were standing near our table. When I needed to use it, wow, I was next in line but it took forever. Something to consider upgrading or maybe make them unisex so both stalls can be used.
The restaurant added a lounge next door. It has its own door or you can access through the restaurant. It also has its own cocktail menu that you can order from while dining.
These are suggestions for improvement but not important enough to stop me from coming back.“

“We stopped in for Lunch at Ma-$e and really enjoyed ourselves! They have a great lunch specials menu- nice selection of sushi, Bento and hot plate options from $12-21, in addition to their regular menu. Portions were large and food was HIGH QUALITY DELICIOUSNESS! definitely recommend and will be back 😊“

“This is the best sushi in Central Florida! We had the pleasure of dining here and the food is fresh, healthy, and delicious. I would say as good or better quality than Amura. To top it off, the restaurant inside has been renovated, making it a very nice atmosphere for dining in. Chef quality food at a very reasonable price here - and if you prefer take out or delivery, they also offer those options. It's located in Winter Springs Towne Center, so make sure to not walk by this one. Go on in and you likely will meet the Chef or one of the staff members who will describe the menu items in detail. They also offer Thai and noodle options as well as tasty appetizers too.“

Rahul makes every bite build with flavor 10/10 sushi or wings the love put into each night food, entertainment wise! Happy hour is great!!! “WOW! The food here is amazing! Not your typical sushi only spot. I had the crispiest chicken wings that I have ever had in my life and they were perfectly cooked. The avocado tower was amazing and fresh! The crispy fried chicken thigh was to die for. And the presentation was amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious! I told Al he needed to go on Master Chef as he would definitely win. Thank you for the amazing food! I can't wait to bring my friends and family in for all the deliciousness!“

“Christian the sushi chef is very good at his job. The sushi I had from him was cold and promptly served the way I like it. I talked to a couple people that were there and they were very polite and were very knowledgeable about sushi if you're a first timer eating sushi. I recommend coming back!!!“

The food is super cheap for what you get, the experience is high tech and immersive, even the bathrooms are incredible! Our server Yvonne was so so sweet and attentive! “A no-frills atmosphere, but the food is always delicious. The lava dips are perfectly crispy on the outside with plenty of crab on the inside. The portions are appropriately sized. The options in the photos fed two and had some leftovers for later. If we hadn't had another stop we might have been able to power through.“
