“10/10! The Berkwood St Louis Sticky Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and so flavorful that we found ourselves talking about them for days. The Hamachi Carpaccio was another standout, with the ponzu sauce and kefir lime oil perfectly complementing the yellowtail. We also enjoyed the Garlic Togarashi Edamame and Shrimp Tempura. I loved the Bee My Honey cocktail—it had just the right amount of sweetness for my taste. My fiancé ordered the Kabooki Old Fashioned and liked the mix of ginger syrup and cherry bark vanilla bitters.

The restaurant itself has a contemporary vibe, with low lighting and an intimate atmosphere. The service was great, and we’ll definitely be returning.“

To top it off, the restaurant inside has been renovated, making it a very nice atmosphere for dining in. Chef quality food at a very reasonable price here - and if you prefer take out or delivery, they also offer those options. It's located in Winter Springs Towne Center, so make sure to not walk by this one. Go on in and you likely will meet the Chef or one of the staff members who will describe the menu items in detail. “I am a big sushi fan and love to visit Sushi 99. This small restaurant has reasonable prices and the best sweat mango roll I have ever had in my life. Besides sushi and sashimi, they also do hibachi. When you dine in, they give you clear soup and a holiday roll. Their servers and chefs are extremely pleasant and always great us with a smile. Other 2 favorites Ginza, JB roll and for dessert tempura matcha ice cream, the best. If you haven't gone there, try it. I recommend it.“

“Christian the sushi chef is very good at his job. The sushi I had from him was cold and promptly served the way I like it. I talked to a couple people that were there and they were very polite and were very knowledgeable about sushi if you're a first timer eating sushi. I recommend coming back!!!“

The food is super cheap for what you get, the experience is high tech and immersive, even the bathrooms are incredible! Our server Yvonne was so so sweet and attentive! “Short wait for a waiter to get assigned to us, but they brought some free takoyaki out and gave us home made cookies at the end of the meal as well so it didn’t bother us. The waitress we had was phenomenal, really funny and very sweet. Sushi itself was about a 7/10, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t outstanding for the price either. Feels like some of the regular rolls should be cheaper, they’re about $8-$10. A lot of the deluxe rolls end up being upwards of $16, and for the quality it feels a bit much. Looks like there was also Korean food and other items on the menu that looked pretty good, we’ll be back to try other items too.“
