I usually order online and I go pick it up I don't feel I should have to tip to keep Tokyo Express in business. I also feel it's very rude of the employees to be yelling in their language as you're walking out it makes you feel like they're talking about you I don't speak Vietnamese. If I dined in their store then a tip should be left but not for pickup.
