Just sat in the drive thru line for more than 20 minutes after I ordered and still have 2 cars ahead of me. If stores can’t accommodate the drive thru make the restaurant walk in only.
Yum, always good here. Try to go every time we are in Palatka.
Consistently disappointed in Palatka Firehouse Subs! I only keep returning because it’s closest to my home. Not again! The application won’t let me order what I want, then they take forever to make food regardless of if I call ahead or go through drive through, take too long to answer phone when I call. Today I called ahead, was told 15-20 minutes, got there 20 minutes later, went in and paid, sat through several orders going out at drive through as well as inside to the...read full review
