McDonald's is a fast food burger joint that serves fresh lettuce and tomato with hot burgers and crispy fries. The service can be slow due to understaffing and new hires not being properly trained, but the staff makes an effort to assist customers. Recently, some guests noted that the employees at this location are very sweet and kind, creating a positive atmosphere. One customer appreciated the good service and food while stopping in for a quick bite. Wheelchair accessibility is also available, with ramps and special tables for people with wheelchairs. However, there have been concerns about the front counter service, with some customers experiencing long wait times and lack of acknowledgment from staff. Additionally, it is important to note that large and medium cups of water come with a $0.50 charge. Overall, McDonald's offers good food but faces some challenges with service efficiency.
