“Tree of Life Cuban Bakery, 1200 Malabar Rd. SE suite #2, Palm Bay, FL 32909 4 Stars Glancing down at my random name generator, I poured myself another cup of coffee. I was going to need it today as I was about to head OTB for a second visit to Tree of Life Cuban Bakery in Palm Bay. Having been there before, I brought my niece along as she is fluent in Spanish and will be able to help bridge the language gap. Janice is our service professional today, and she is on point, pleasant, and skilled in her job performance. Using my niece as a translator, I put in an order for one Midnight Breakfast Sandwich, one Cuban Sandwich, and an order of flan. While waiting for our order, I snapped a shot of Janice working her tail off and have to comment on the décor. The whole place gives off such a jovial atmosphere, and it has to be due to the employees, paint, and artwork hanging about. Well done! If one would, at this point, take a peek at the accompanying pictures, one will see that the Midnight Breakfast Sandwich is the prototypical grill-pressed "Panini" style, albeit on made-in-the-back freshly baked Cuban bread. One bite was all it took to know that this was a magnificent concoction of the American breakfast staples: egg, ham, cheese, and meat candy (bacon). The bread was grilled to perfection, toasty on the outside, slightly sweet, warm, and delicious on the inside. My discerning taste buds found this to be incredibly enjoyable. Now on to the Cuban Sandwich. As I mentioned before, this is my second trip here and my second go-around trying their Cuban. Once again, my palate is introduced to the best Cuban Sandwich this side of Yeehaw Junction. The meats are so incredibly delicious I would even hazard to guess that they make their own Cantimpalo sausage in the back as well. The flavor is exemplary! Now onto the flan. Flan is an ancient dessert going back to the days of the Roman Empire. At that point, it was just one type of dessert. Today, depending on where you live, it can have a few different meanings. In America, we associate flan with what is actually crème caramel. Flan is a dime a dozen in these parts, and I regretfully have to say that the flan at Tree of Life Cuban Bakery is not worth a dime. I found it to be rather bland on the palate. It didn't taste bad, just not much at all. A lot of Caribbean countries include coconut, condensed and evaporated milk, as well as a bit of nuts or fruit. This just needs a jolt of flavor, and it will be fine. However, as it is….. The Big Boy says, "Go get a sandwich, any sandwich, especially the Cuban, but skip the flan."“
“This location has the best team!! I feel horrible but I do not remember the 2 amazing and beautiful ladies that helped me last Friday. I explained I was on the way to a game for my daughter’s softball team and I wanted to do something special. They truly were in need of a pick me up and they really wanted to win the game they were playing. I explained the situation and the ladies really helped create something wonderful. I was able to bless the girls with refreshers and they won!!! Thanks again for taking the time to listen to your customers!!“
“All of the employees were super nice and asked to ensure our orders were correct and how we wanted them. Also, how fast the service was. The day I ordered was the veterans day parade, and there were seven of us ordering. By the time we got there, around seven minutes after ordering, 6 out of 7 drinks were made. The only reason the last drink wasn't made was because they ran out of strawberry syrup and wanted to know what flavor we wanted. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would, and I mean that. I will be back.Dietary restrictions: Multiple options for milk(oat, skim, whole, etc.)“
“Jahmar was super pleasant today on a busy Saturday morning. My husband and I frequent this location often. He even went above and behind and we watched this young man go after a car that left something behind to make sure they got their food. He had a smile on his face when we got up to the window and had wonderful manners. Hope this gentleman is recognized.“
“Had a late night craving so i went to my nearest McDonalds on Bayside. I believe this was the late night crew...the Big Mac was like I remembered thirty years ago. The beef patties were tasty, seasoned perfectly, fresh & warm, done to order. Went late last night again and the fries were fresh & hot just the way I like them. Night crew Keep up the good work! It's refreshing to experience fast food done right more when the cost of these favorites have gone way up high$$“
“I used to b a Starbucks girl but since I started coming to this DD, I don’t go to any other location but this one … ALYSSA, ALWAYS makes my day when I go there. She is always bubbly, gives compliments, and just overall very welcoming. You can tell they work as a team because I never have a long wait there and overall everyone there is effortlessly efficient. They get my toasted white chocolate signature latte right EVERY TIME! Thank you guys..“
“Definitely the best McDonald's in the Palm Bay/Melbourne area! I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a drink, which we're both delivered to my table within 5 minutes. The staff are friendly and the store was clean with the bathroom being an exception. Overall one of the most pleasant experiences I've had with McDonald's.Parking: Many spaces reserved for mobile orders, not many for regular customersKid-friendliness: With the addition of kid tables and booster seats, this store is very friendly for kids and families!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible ramps were on 3 sides of the store, no automatic door but highly accessible for those with disabilities.“
“I ordered curside pick up, there were no lights on, very dark and spooky, but the food was excellent, and the service was beyond my expectations, the lady that brings the food out was very polite and all business. I was looking at her inside working nonstop and handling customer's issues.“
“I've been going to this McDonald's for years. And the service has always been excellent. Always clean staff is always nice and actually enjoying yourselves at work. One of the god managers that's their he's been there for over 15 years and he's definitely one of the reasons this McDonald's is so “
“So happy I found this place and gave it a try. It has become one of my new favorite places to go. Their smoothies are delicious and so fresh tasting. I tried my very first Açaí bowl here and it didn’t disappoint. It was absolutely delicious. I love my new cup I got from there. I can bring it for them to fill my smoothies as well . Also, the best part is its close to home. The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. Great place to relax and do work if needed. I really Love it here. Highly recommend going and giving it a try if you haven’t. The staff is so friendly and give great suggestions. There are tons of options to choose from as well. Can’t wait to go back“
