“I took my non speaking Creole self , with no back up to order some griot! There was a bit of a communication issue, but then someone walked in and was able to translate for me.Next time ,I will be sure to have my Google translate up and ready!Anyway, I grew up in Miami and have been in NC for the past 16 years. I was so happy to find a local Haitian restaurant.I paid $27 for a large griot complete and a Jamaican Cola.I had sooo much food! I was able to split it into 3 portions and put 2 in the fridge.Well worth the money and so delicious. ,😋😋“
