Haitian Restaurants near Fort Pierce, FL

“10/10 !!! I came to visit Fort Pierce for the weekend and was searching on Apple Maps for a Haitian restaurant near by. I found this one, I’m VERY picky with Haitian food and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Finding it was fairly easy, parking was good and the restaurant itself was clean, spacious with great music. The service was PHENOMENAL, and no long wait time! I’m from West Palm Beach and the Haitian restaurants there can learn a lot from Peacock Arts Café. I purchased white rice, black beans and lalo with extra fried plantains (thin and crispy just how I like it!) I saved some for my mom and can’t wait to hear review and will post as well. “This was my second time coming here, the first time I was not impressed! But this time the GRIO was seasoned and marinated to the bone! Last time it had no flavor, my food was soooooo GOOD. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND BE CONSISTENT WITH YOUR SEASON!!!“

“This place is amazing. I have ordered from here three times. My wife ordered on the phone and they were very helpful with her. We know what we like, but we're not Haitian so we don't know the names of everything. But the young man on the phone was so helpful he made it easy for us. The reason we keep coming back is because of the food. It is consistently good and you can tell that it is fresh we love to eat the pork, the rice, the patties and the legume. Since we serving a party of seven, we always order two of the pork meals, one of the fish and the vegetable stew. It is always seasoned well and they give good portions good portions. We really like the sauce that they give to put on the rice. The other reason is the service. The young man even went out of his way to help me get the food into my car. We found the restaurant on TikTok. It looked delicious so we definitely wanted to try it now it's become one of our favorite places to order food from. We will be back.“
