Doors was barricaded every time I go to this McDonald’s and never have enough night crew me and my girlfriend went to this McDonald’s and nobody answer the speaker and wouldn’t it give us our order at the pick up window when we already paid for it This is like one of the worst McDonald’s to go to, and this is a corporate store that didn’t even get this stuff together or hire more crew
Sunshine, your staff this morning needs DESPERATE training. Took 25 minutes and the place and drive through was almost empty.

Worst service because it’s “understaffed” for at least two months now. I’ve been here 30 minutes and just getting my food.

The McDonald's in the Palm Bay/Melbourne area is a family-friendly restaurant with board games available for kids and adults to enjoy. The staff is generally friendly, although the service can be slow at times. The parking situation is a bit limited, but the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with ramps and other facilities. The cleanliness of the store is generally good, although the bathroom could use some improvement. The restaurant caters to families and provides a welcoming environment, offering kid-friendly amenities like booster seats and tables. The manager promptly addressed a minor incident with a slippery floor. Customers can enjoy a pleasant experience, with the restaurant known for its efficient service and friendly staff. However, some customers have reported issues with the food quality, such as a salty burger and subpar fries. Additionally, the shake machine is sometimes reported as being down, which can be disappointing for those seeking a late-night treat.
