This location is amazing. Walked in to hearing happy welcomes to Jimmy John’s. James was awesome. I ordered my food and I swear within 5 seconds my sandwich was ready. I look around and saw smiles on everyone’s faces. Great to see. By the way, the sandwich is delicious. The meats and the bread is fresh. I’ll definitely be back for another in the future.

The store had to use Uber to deliver my food since they didn’t have a driver, and the Uber driver didn’t deliver my food for whatever reason. Called the store and Jake was SO kind and sweet to try and help me figure out how to get my order out to me. He ended up comping a meal out to me for Ubers mess up and refunded my order(which he def did not have to at all!) he went above and beyond and he even threw a bag of chips in which was just the best. 100/10 customer service....

I really think telepathy is in play here. My order is usually done before I finish and pay for it. The Unwich is the best prepared, not a sandwich, sandwich I've ever had. The care they take with wrapping it is on point.
