I will never go to another Brooklyn water bagel location. Arlether was super sweet, helpful and patient with my indecisiveness in placing a large office order. Great food, great atmosphere and Arlether you are a a gem! Excellent customer service, care and just a pleasure! Will return here!

Lately the bagels taste much better, and fresher. Closer to what I loved on Long Island. Have you made any changes?

We always get our bulk order of bagels here for family brunch and holidays. Fresh and good texture. As former NYC res I’ve had many great bagels. These are very good and far above any other big chain bagels. Easy to order on website.
Cream cheese with nova is passable. I recommend checking order before you leave if you ask for sliced bagels. Sometimes they don’t do it. It’s fast enough to do on the spot.

I've been coming here for many many many many many years and this is not my first review but I stopped coming here when I noticed that they were microwaving the eggs and not toasting the bagels all the way too many microwaves in this place for me. I ordered a chicken salad bagel. Toasted and scooped no onion. It was scooped not toasted and had onion. It was tasteless. I have been disappointed for the last time. Back to Bagel Bistro in Tequesta. worth the drive.

Love grabbing breakfast here before heading to Everlasting Smiles: William Ma DMD. Bagels are authentic, and the Cubsta iced coffee is a must-try. Go early for the freshest selection!

If you are a fan of bagels then you’ve landed where you will be happy!! Assortment galore! Sandwich’s are on point also! But get there early for the best choices or the one you like best!!

I’m from Brooklyn and I just had bagels in NY a week ago. These bagels aren’t as good as bagels in NY. I don’t think the water is helping.

Overall a nice spot with decent bagels that don’t compare to NYC bagels.
