Worst Customer Service of all time. The mexican lady who’s the manager there has the WORST attitude ever. No smile. Looks like she doesn’t even want to be there. Do her a favor and Fire her!

Very bad attitude taking my order. My order was 10 bucks and gave me attitude as if rushing me when getting a bagel. Worst part is I work next door and am a regular! Don’t go here and order any of there nasty unfresh bagels or anything else!

Do yourself a favor: get the blueberry muffin. I usually go out of my way to get one whenever there is a Brooklyn Water Bagel around. You can get it as is or toasted (both great options, but I prefer as is to really taste the freshness). The bagels and sandwiches are also above average, so this is definitely a better option than other bagel places around.

The food was fine. I don’t think the “water” really made much of a difference. I got the smoked salmon sandwich, though they didn’t toast the bagel and the texture of the bagel was whatever. The quality of salmon was good. My husband got the BEC and he liked it but was disappointed that they used an egg mix instead of an actual egg. They also claim Tupac as a famous Brooklynite they list of the wall….?‍♀️

Great food! I ordered an egg and Swiss, the bagel was perfect no need to toast it. I received a delivery order and it was most definitely on point thank you for your service.

Can’t even get one order right. Ordered a beagle, One simple scallion cream cheese and got a sesame. I got a plain beagle with a very small smear of plain cream cheese.? I was trying it out for the first time because we have meetings I the office across the way to see if they are good for catering events. Definitely not going to order from them. Can’t get one beagle right and are so Darn cheap with the cream cheese. , imagine one large order.

Poor sanitation. I’ve had a hair in my breakfast sandwich 3 times here. I won’t be coming again lesson learned. The place is always dirty.

I wanted to leave a positive review for this place because when it's good, it's good. But time and time again you will go home with food that is completely burned and inedible. They have no quality control in the kitchen. Who the heck looks at a black burned bagel and says, "yeah this is good enough to serve to a customer" . I just spent $16 on two bagel sandwiches and they are completely inedible. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened here, and I will never go back. Go to Bagel Boyz instead for a bagel, at least they take pride in their product and have some level of standards. The people working the kitchen and the management should be ashamed of themselves. This is an easily fixable problem with competent management but they do NOTHING to address the problem. WAKE UP brooklyn water bagel and look at what you are selling to people.

really sucks that this place has gone downhill. 3 of the last 5 times now i have gotten home with my to go order and its been wrong. i usually don't have to check because i typically come here about 4-5 times a week and it always is right... but they seem to be down to about 1 or 2 employees that even care anymore - the rest just give you attitude about getting your order wrong... spent probably close to $3000 on breakfast this year total at this place and it sucks now i wont be going back ever again. even for someone who lives in pga national i would rather drive somewhere else

Absolutely fabulous bagels. I always stop when I'm in the area. Easy in and out or sit and enjoy a bagel or breakfast. My only disappointment was the coffee. It's delicious but slightly above luke warm was a bit disappointing. The staff is usually pretty nice, and I should have asked to have it warmed up, but that's on me. I was halfway across the parking lot before I noticed. If you like Hot Coffee, check it before you leave. Otherwise enjoy a great bagel.
