When things were hard she kept a great composure, great professionalism, and kept the customers up to date on their incoming orders. She was so kind, and so thoughtful and this is my first time going there as of today. If this is where she wants to be she truly deserves a manager position. “Came in with a coworker for lunch this week. Cozy place, good comfort food and attentive service. My burger was great. The server Greg really did a fantastic job suggesting some house favorites, attentive to our needs and getting us back to work on time. He mentioned being new, we couldn't tell. Great spot“

Well trained staff that have that 'customer awareness' that so often forgotten at other businesses. And "Specials" from cocktails to dessert that change often. Be sure to sign-up for their "rewards" program. Oh, and the "campfire sauce" is awesome on ANYTHING!“

Party of 3, made a reservation, came in and was going to be seated in the middle Of the restaurant at a noisy table. I explained my husband has hearing loss and could we sit at one of the 3 empty booths behind us. Hostess said we’d have to wait an hour. We left and enjoyed a lovely dinner in Tap 42.“

“A few days back I had the pleasure of dining with some of my Echo Fine Properties colleagues at The Brass Ring Restaurant in North Palm Beach. As soon as I walked in I was struck by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The decor was modern and stylish, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I started off my meal with an order of the seafood chowder, which was rich and flavorful and had a nice balance of seafood and vegetables. For my main course, I decided to try one of their famous hamburgers. I was not disappointed – the burger was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. It was easily one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. But the real highlight of my meal at The Brass Ring Restaurant was the key lime pie for dessert. This was hands down the best key lime pie I have ever had – the filling was creamy and tangy, and the crust was buttery and crumbly. I was tempted to order another slice to go, but I knew I would regret it later! Overall, I had an excellent dining experience. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the North Palm Beach area, especially for their hamburgers.“

Old review from a few years ago: 5 stars to the staff for attempting to be friendly to 20+ unhappy customers, but this location is consistently understaffed. Today was the worst. We are 1 mile from their world wide corporate hq, you would think this location would be a flagship. I truly feel bad for the staff.
This is my 4th visit, the 4th time it’s been understaffed and my last. Pro tip, maybe try and take care of your people and properly staff a restaurant or no one will ever want to work for you and you will continue to lose loyal customers.
We ordered ahead of time through the app, I still waited over 45 minutes… again.
My food was good, the staff was nice, the full hour overall it took to pick up 4 hamburgers for my team was not great.
I think this might be the only bad review I’ve ever written to a business.“

“It’s so fun to finally have a Dairy Queen close by. This store is great for quick eats and treats….. BUT…. We recently ordered a Reese’s “pizza” through Uber eats (it was late. We felt like staying home but craved yummy ice cream.) I’m hoping I can add pictures, so you can compare and hopefully not do this again to someone else. This ice cream cost $9.99 at the store. $11.99 on Uber eats. We also ordered 2 small blizzards squalling almost $35 (because of ubers crazy ser charges) anyway, the pizza was a disappointment. It looks nothing like what the kids were drooling over in the online photo…… 🤷🏼‍♀️ someone clearly failed pizza class.“

“I've never seen a cleaner restaurant with friendlier people and the Arthur Treacher's fish and chips were amazing. Don't forget the hushpuppies! I was floored at how great this place was. We passed it a while back and I saw a poster with the fish and chips. It looked old and rundown (this was a few years ago) but I had always said we were coming back to try it and today was that day.
