When things were hard she kept a great composure, great professionalism, and kept the customers up to date on their incoming orders. “Came in with a coworker for lunch this week. Cozy place, good comfort food and attentive service. My burger was great. The server Greg really did a fantastic job suggesting some house favorites, attentive to our needs and getting us back to work on time. He mentioned being new, we couldn't tell. Great spot“

Well trained staff that have that 'customer awareness' that so often forgotten at other businesses. And "Specials" from cocktails to dessert that change often. “A few days back I had the pleasure of dining with some of my Echo Fine Properties colleagues at The Brass Ring Restaurant in North Palm Beach. As soon as I walked in I was struck by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The decor was modern and stylish, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I started off my meal with an order of the seafood chowder, which was rich and flavorful and had a nice balance of seafood and vegetables. For my main course, I decided to try one of their famous hamburgers. I was not disappointed – the burger was juicy and cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. It was easily one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. But the real highlight of my meal at The Brass Ring Restaurant was the key lime pie for dessert. This was hands down the best key lime pie I have ever had – the filling was creamy and tangy, and the crust was buttery and crumbly. I was tempted to order another slice to go, but I knew I would regret it later! Overall, I had an excellent dining experience. The food was delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the North Palm Beach area, especially for their hamburgers.“

“Came out Sunday for a pick up order was so busy but the lady her name was Chelsea asked me did I have a pick up I told her yes and the name she got my pick up for me and even waited to put the shake out so it wouldn't melt . Craving it again, when I opened the door, I was immediately greeted by all. Sean walked out from behind the counter and met me at the order kiosk. He asked if I had ever been before. I told him I had one time. He told me he was going to make sure I had another exceptional visit. He then proceeded to walk me through ordering after I told him I wanted exactly what I had the last time.

While I waited ever so briefly for my to go order, I was very impressed at how clean the dining area and kitchen both were. Always a good sign the food is going to be great.

Sean turned a great visit into a stellar guest service experience. He is the embodiment of the word hospitality.

“It’s so fun to finally have a Dairy Queen close by. This store is great for quick eats and treats….. BUT…. We recently ordered a Reese’s “pizza” through Uber eats (it was late. We felt like staying home but craved yummy ice cream.) I’m hoping I can add pictures, so you can compare and hopefully not do this again to someone else. This ice cream cost $9.99 at the store. $11.99 on Uber eats. We also ordered 2 small blizzards squalling almost $35 (because of ubers crazy ser charges) anyway, the pizza was a disappointment. It looks nothing like what the kids were drooling over in the online photo…… 🤷🏼‍♀️ someone clearly failed pizza class.“

We passed it a while back and I saw a poster with the fish and chips. It looked old and rundown (this was a few years ago) but I had always said we were coming back to try it and today was that day.
