The food and atmosphere was very enjoyable. But what really impressed me was when Cedric (General Manager)went out of his way during rush hour to help me with a lost receipt. That is above and beyond. Thank you sir!
Ordered delivery when it came a sandwich was missing. I called to get a refund. At first the I was told they would issue a credit on the card. When I asked how without a name or a credit card they said that they would look it up. When I questioned their ability to do that I was told I had to request an order from door dash - then she hung up. Unfortunately the order was placed through Duffy’s website through door dash and we were not signed in as a user so we are unable...read full review
