“On my first day to eat dinner there there was a fly that was zooming while we were in the line and i believe it was wrapped in my sandwhich… cause when i opened the sandwhich it flew out…. I think this location is busy, and there’s no time to even say hi to customers… please hire more workers… smh“

“We stopped by this AA to get some cinnamon pretzel bites and a lemonade. The store was clean but seemed so dull interior wise. On the positive side, they had bunch of items like pretzels, cinnamon bites, pretzel dogs, already made and ready to go. Same for the strawberry lemonade we got. Both items took less than 5 minutes. The cinnamon bites were standard AA quality. The lemonade tasted good as well.

We felt like staying home but craved yummy ice cream.) I’m hoping I can add pictures, so you can compare and hopefully not do this again to someone else. This ice cream cost $9.99 at the store. $11.99 on Uber eats. We also ordered 2 small blizzards squalling almost $35 (because of ubers crazy ser charges) anyway, the pizza was a disappointment. It looks nothing like what the kids were drooling over in the online photo…… 🤷🏼‍♀️ someone clearly failed pizza class.“

“My family have been eating at buds for over 35 years. They have the freshest seafood.Their Cod Filets and shrimp are so good.The Chicken is so juicy and crispy.The corn fritters are like a dessert. “I’ve had so so at best experiences with this particular franchise location of Taco Bell. Although this time was different. I was greeted by Sergio at the front counter and was provided a level of service far above anything that I’ve ever received from any employee at this location day or night. He was very informative about products and made suggestions and was respectful even though his coworkers and leadership on this Sunday evening were horrible. They were degrading him and made us feel uncomfortable as we tried to ignore their comments towards Sergio’s performance. He said that he had worked at a corporate location and it’s clear that the corporate location provides a much better environment conducive of high levels of customer service. “I've never seen a cleaner restaurant with friendlier people and the Arthur Treacher's fish and chips were amazing. Don't forget the hushpuppies! I was floored at how great this place was. We passed it a while back and I saw a poster with the fish and chips. It looked old and rundown (this was a few years ago) but I had always said we were coming back to try it and today was that day. “Stopped here for something quick to eat. I used the walk up window. I am picky and always order No Tomatoes, No Onions and No Ketchup anywhere I go. I always have to check because whoever makes the burgers normally mess up my order because they do not take the time to just stop and read the screen. Not here! They were on point!I was greeted in a reasonable timeframe and the two employees that I dealt with were both very nice to me. Even though the drive thru's were full, they had my food out to me quickly. Food was hot, fresh and a good price. I would recommend it again!

Parking: The turn off the main road is only one lane and exit only. Go to the side street, make a right and then pull in. That small one lane entry is for people exiting the drive thru!“

The customer service was outstanding. One team member brought our drinks, another brought our food shortly after, and then Trace stopped by to check if we needed anything and even refilled our drinks. From the moment I walked in, Megan greeted me immediately and was super professional, respectful, and polite. I really appreciated not feeling rushed at all, especially since it was my first time there. Megan took the time to explain the menu and answer all my questions, making it the best first experience I’ve had at any business ever.

Customer Service: The staff at Jon Smith Subs, especially Megan, are fantastic! Megan’s friendliness and eagerness to help set the tone for the entire visit. The service was quick and efficient, but they still took the time to make sure my order was perfect.

Food Quality: The subs here are out of this world! I tried the steak and cheese sub, and it was nothing short of amazing. “It's unfortunate that McDonald's is no longer that happy place image it looks now so bland so blah so corporate like McDonald's used to be a fun place to go cause the play yard and the Ronald McDonald and Not to mention no soda machines in the dining room anymore like wow what happened to all of that not everything needs to go corporate and dull Mcdonald's use be that happy place for children to go after school or after getting good colors in elementary school and get a happy meal and then their toy and then go playing I'm so glad my son grew up in that McDonald's and not this boring new Mcdonald's that they have now.. And the food is not like it used to be the burgers seem to be extremely overseasoned the fries either seem to be slightly undercooked or the grease seems to be always needing to be changed the bathrooms are for the most part ok clean besides the occasional urine on the seats always stocked with toilet paper... Coming from Chicago, I have had a hard time finding a Chinese restaurant here that I can say I actually like. Until now!!!! I was referred to them from a friend last month and have ordered 4 times already! I generally get the beef mei fun and it comes with rice noodles. Plenty of meat and lots of veggies in it. Egg rolls are fat and nice and crispy with lots of flavor. Their name is exactly what will come out of your mouth after the first bite!!!!

“Excellent customer service! Stopped in while waiting for my car to be serviced and ordered a tuna sub with some fries. The cashier was no nonsense but very nice when I said I didn't know what I wanted. She quickly helped me narrow it down and I took her suggestion to try the tuna.
I barely had time to sit down before she was delivering my piping hot fries and fresh sub. "We don't mess around!" She says!
The sub bread was fresh and soft and the tuna was yummy.
