I had the 7-Pepper grilled Sirloin Lunch Salad cooked to order (mine always very rare!) that comes with a choice of soup - I chose a delicious creamy Shrimp & Lobster Chowder loaded with shrimp, lobster, corn, red bell peppers, potatoes, and topped with fresh green onions. What a great meal for $17

It’s my 50th birthday and no one took the time to celebrate this milestone with me. So I came out to dine alone. I got there 5 minutes after last call for all you can eat crab was called. But I asked him to see if it would be ok with a manager since my friends bailed on me. I wouldn’t be chatting. Just crabbing. Lolol. He got the all clear. And kept me stocked. All the staff would walk by and wish me a happy birthday. And Smiley chatted with me throughout my meal so I didn’t feel so alone. And on top of everything else. They also blessed with with a ginormous piece of chocolate cake. And here I was thinking. I wasn’t going to get cake for my birthday. Thank you Thirsty Marlin for helping this midcenturian celebrate having made it to the top of the hill. And again. Thank you Smiley for bringing a smile to my face when there was none. “A last minute reservation on Mother's Day was risky, but turned out extremely well. Our party of 4 enjoyed the widely spaced tables, the table by the wall of glass window and the very handsome blue glass water glasses. Our service was prompt, pleasant and professional. Our meals included salmon, French dip sandwich, and Cobb salad, all excellent. Located on the Inverness Golf Club property, the views were of the verdant green course. Will dine there again.”

This is the exact review I left from Google with my response to the owner. Food was excellent Place looks great Price bad Treatment of veterans and service members...bad Guy ringing me up said my sandwiches I was ordering were 15.99 each. Then when he was ringing me up another guy says nope they are 18.99...wow. Also I served 33 years in Army and as I am ordering i remembered last time I was here a guy was getting a discount for being a fireman and the guy ringing him up said he honors all heroes. I asked for the military hero discount and was told only heroes they discount are firemen...bet you if our sheriff Bob showed up or any PCSO showed up you would offer them a discount as well. I am not a hero apparently as I am not a fireman but instead went to 2 deployments to over seas and multiple other deployments to help other countries and deploying units Wow wow ..thx for the good sandwich sorry you do not think the military or veterans are heroes.. ***Response to the owner*** I did let them know I was military and was told they only honored local heroes...so yes I let them know I was military, but if I have to explain I was in the military and did X, Y or Z to prove I am a hero then...wow. In regards to your comments about telling your team about my service to the United States of America: I have a Veteran stamp on my FLDL, I have VA ID as I am disabled from my military service, I have a military ID...is this not enough to prove I have served and done more than 90% have? And yes it stings that your business says that about Veterans and service members as we were the backbone of democracy.”

“We walked into a great atmosphere, very clean and inviting. The food was outstanding! We ordered two combos. The Mississippi sandwich and the gyro sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious. Was at the restaurant for about an hour, we saw several hearing people coming in and they obviously are repeat customers because they knew what they wanted. “We went to Clear Sky (Palm Harbor) on Dec 25th, for dinner. It was our 1st time. The restaurant is really nice. The hostess was very personable and sat us right away (we had a reservation). Our server was Brie and she was really friendly and welcoming. The menu had so many delicious sounding offerings, it was hard to choose! I decided on the brisket and my husband ordered the Salmon Oscar. Both were excellent! The brisket was very tender and flavorful, the garlic mashed potatoes were real and homemade and the portion was generous. My husband loved the salmon. The fish was cooked perfectly and it was a generous size, larger than many other restaurants. It came with jasmine rice, broccoli and asparagus. He did say the asparagus was "stocky" but the broccoli was perfect. Brie was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time we were there, without being intrusive. A very friendly man named Shaun came over to ask how everything was and we definitely sang the praises the whole experience deserved! He chatted with us for a few minutes and told us about all the locations and that they serve breakfast 7 days a week, which were planning on trying this weekend. So, on a scale of 1-10, we give Clear Sky Club Haus a 10! The food quality, portion size, varied menu and service, all excellent and the prices are good too. A lot of other restaurants in the same price range, fall short as far as the food quality and portions. We've definitely added it to our "favorites" list.”

Our waitress who is actually the manager filling in made our night 10x better with her beaming personality , I get she’s the manager but we want Megan ALL the time ! We sat ourselves right away Megan came got our drinks , no espresso martinis on the menu BUT Megan said no problem you want that I’ll make it happen and boy I don’t think she knew the day I had and how much it meant to me ! Menu had such a huge selection , also impressive that Megan did not even write our order took it all from memory two couples , three kids , two seperate checks everything was flawless ! The food came out quick and hot and was delicious ! They have these cool doorbells you can ring if you need your server to be honest it makes me never want to go elsewhere I love that if I need something I can ring a bell and let me tell you how quick Megan came with a huge smile on her face I still can’t get over how friendly and welcoming she was I felt like someone I’ve known my whole life was waiting on me ! The kids all colored pictures and received dollars for the claw machine how cool , our three boys tried twice couldn’t get a prize but the gentleman up front opened up the machine and gave them prizes , not saying they do that for everybody BUT our boys had a long day , they just completed swim class and it meant the world to them they are still talking about it ! They have great specials tonight was Thursday cheap wings and karaoke who doesn’t love some free karaoke even bigger plus that the karaoke is on the outside patio so you have a choice if you want to tune out the noise or not ! We will 100 percent be back , I hope the rest of the staff is as great as Megan because just her hospitality made us want to return , even though she’s a manager I hope we can ask for her to visit our table next time just to make us smile ! Check this place out you will not be disappointed !”

The food was delicious: Texas Twinkies (best jalapeño poppers ever!), Cuban, yucca fries, beef nachos, churros, and expresso martini… all fantastic. It took a little longer than anticipated to get our food; however, our waitress was attentive and I am looking forward to going back. It is my understanding that the establishment is under new management and there is some new staff so little growing pains are expected. In addition, it was packed and the band was jamming when I was there. Outdoor dining under cover to watch the band was perfect. Great atmosphere. I think I found my new favorite hang out spot!”
