“Came in today and ordered a maple bacon egg and cheese bagel but forgot to ask for an everything bagel! John immidiately offered to remake it and let me keep the original. It meant so much to me and my grandmother, especially on the tough day we’re having. Even when she messed up her coffee order, they offered to remake it but i mean you guys had done more than enough. I am genuinely so thankful for the amazing service and energy ne and my grandmother received today. 10/10! Thank you, Palm Harbor Dunkin, and ESPECIALLY thank you, John!! I mean John had a smile on his face from the moment I ordered all the way to walking out the door. I appreciated that so so much.“
“I have actually had a GREAT experience at this Dunkin location! There is no female manager that yells at her employees. The acting owner is male, and is on site during the day almost all the time. Even when he is not there, the staff are always friendly and hard working. On the rare occasion they have not completed my order correctly, they ALWAYS make it right. The current rating for this ownership/management does NOT reflect the current level of quality and customer service. And it is BUSY!!! My faves are the avocado toast, the chicken wrap, and the snacking’ bacon! I am amazed at the offerings they have on their menu! I have eaten at other Dunkin’ locations and this one is by far THE BEST!!!!
