Went to Einstein bagels for a quick breakfast take out. Got home and discovered it was wrong order. Oh well, it happens. Wait there’s more!!! When I returned the order the clerk said I had taken the wrong order. She was not happy. I replied my name was on the order,the clerk hollered my name, checked I was the name on the order and gave me the order. Somehow this was MY fault. No apologies, she just gave me the correct order and turned away 🤦♀️
I brought a small group of business colleagues one early morning. They were so accommodating with several options. Great experience!
