They seem to use real crab meat wherever you would normally have “sea leg” and every single item in our order was delicious, super fresh, prepared uniquely, and reasonably priced. And it’s delivered! “The quality of food is high, for that I recommend it. The reason I wouldn’t go back is that the staff just did not care we were there at all. Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. We caught them at turnover and they couldn’t care less. We talked about hitting craft as a high point for our one night in Miami before cruising… and now we won’t bother going back to Bayside.“

“I had such a great experience at P.F. Chang’s at The Falls! From the moment we were seated, our server, Haley, was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing dining experience.

Haley recommended the Mongolian Beef, and I’m so glad I trusted her suggestion because it’s officially my new favorite dish! She was knowledgeable about the menu, answered all of our questions with a smile, and made excellent recommendations. Throughout the meal, she was attentive without ever being intrusive, kept our drinks filled, and made sure everything came out perfectly.

It’s easy to tell Haley genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in providing exceptional service. The food was fantastic, but her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude are what truly made the visit memorable.

Packed full of delicious food. Brisket was so tender and moist. Fruit was so fresh. I don’t do reviews very often, but this one had to be done.
