“Service was very good from the moment t I arrived. Staff was great!

Careful on the parking, I almost got towed because I parked on the wrong side of the restaurant. Its very confusing snd could happen to anyone. Good thing I was paying attention.

The onion soup was not great, and thats a shame as the rest of thenplace was good. The empanadas delicious, breads so good. But that soup was a complete waste. Id go back, but just focus on tapas style items and bakes goods. Id skip the real food based on my soup experience.“

“The location is easy to find and there ir a public parking literally in the corner at the front of the bakery. The food is great, all organic and delicious - real food. The atmosphere is really nice, you can see them preparing all breads, it was really clean, and the staff were really helpful. It was not expensive and worth to eat there. I didn’t have to wait long, actually it was pretty quickl.

PS: the fresh mango jam was DELICIOUS.“

Supper authentic, nice people.
Finally some normal coffee for non Americans!
Wouldn't exactly call it a gluten free crepe because the texture is not soft but not far from it - the tapioca pancakes was more than enough to fill my need for a Nutella crepe. Strawberries were super fresh and sweet.
Pao de queijo was so good.

“The quality of food is high, for that I recommend it. The reason I wouldn’t go back is that the staff just did not care we were there at all. Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. We caught them at turnover and they couldn’t care less. We talked about hitting craft as a high point for our one night in Miami before cruising… and now we won’t bother going back to Bayside.“

“Madruga bakery has the best bread in town!! And it is not even close. I drive 20min every Saturday to get my bread there.

But you need to fix the service. The line is not well organized and the folks at the check out are very slow. There is no reason why it would take 15-20 min to get bread when there are 6-7 people in line. You have a golden mine on your hand with your food quality and you need to have the same level of service. Bring a good manager with restaurant experience to help you improve the flow. Maybe a separate line for baked goods vs dining in. Incentivize the pre order and etc.“

“Hierro Light Bakery is absolutely phenomenal. To start, the owner Laura is lovely. She is so sweet, accommodating, professional, and truly passionate about her craft. I contacted her because I needed 2 cakes for 2 very special occasions, and she made me feel like they were for her own personal special occasions. The recipients of one of the cakes is a hard-core KETO and fitness maniac, so it was crucial that it was keto, but I also of course wanted it to be delicious ☺. The consensus was off the charts. He not only loved it, but he also said it was the most amazing KETO cake he has ever had, and he tries (and bakes himself) tons of different recipes and products. The other recipient is not strict KETO, but also said it was one of the best cakes he has ever had and raved for days about the quality and deliciousness. Outside of being delicious, they were beautifully presented and delivered right on time.
