“I placed an order online and realized when I got home that I chose lettuce base instead of yellow rice. I drive back to the store and was greeted warmly by the manager. He understood and graciously gave me the yellow rice for free. I was prepared to pay for it but he insisted on helping me even though it was my mistake, and with a smile. When I arrived home to eat my lunch, my food was still warm and fresh. In today’s world, it’s not common to receive great customer service. Which is why I felt compelled to write this review acknowledge such great experience. I will be back.“

I called Bolay Brickell and Diana went above and beyond to assist me with the order to ensure my vegetarian guest could have dinner. She was so sweet and kind, it was genuinely the best service/hospitality exchange I’ve had on the phone with absolutely no issues and she was genuinely happy to accommodate. Today I couldn’t resist and ordered via uber eats, I was a bit concerned because Uber eats sometimes messes up the orders by not delivering the right food, forgetting something or by the temperature of the food not being the adequate to eat it… well that was not the case. The food was not only delicious but conveniently delivered to eat immediately. I loved the taste, the presentation and the combination of flavors. “I was very surprised by this place. Fast service, no lines, and delicious, healthy food. They even had a fun server robot! The only downside is that, since it’s fast service, you can’t really customize ingredients or order something different from the menu.“
