“Recently, my family and I traveled to Miami and we got the chance to go to the Smoothie Spot Tamiami. The good was delicious and we loved the Smoothie Popeye even more. Charity was the one in charge of serving us. She was all the time so nice and gave us an excellent service, specially when she asked us what we liked and based on that she gave us perfect recommendations. “Wow! Far exceeded any of the expectations I may have had even though it is highly rated and highly recommended in the FIU area community. Not only are the prices incredibly reasonable the quality of the food and ingredients is stellar, but to top it all off the service is friendly prompt and attentive. I ordered a CYO bowl with brown rice and steak and avocado and spent less than I normally do on a small sandwich which is far less satisfying. I was offered the steak by the owner and was a little bit leery because sometimes these little salad type places have minimal quality meat. But this steak was fresh, juicy and tender! The food from the tomatoes to the avocado to the rice below was A+ and the ladies working there were very sweet and fast. I will definitely be back! If you are in the FIU area and like healthy but tasty and high quality food, run don't walk here!“

Great place to catch a quick and healthy bite on your lunch break. The small salads go for around $12. The thai thai one was great with a soup of tuna. The mama mia salad is good but, beware the sundried tomatoes are a bit overwhelming.“
