We were out of town and needed food. We ordered via the automated drive through. When we pulled up to pay, the cashier Jon-Erick said "If you give me a minute, I can save you a few bucks." He managed to combine some milkshakes and sides into combos and did indeed save us a few bucks. Thank you!
The automated ordering thing sucks. It never gets my order right as when comes out on the ticket something is either missing or is just plain incorrect. Like telling the machine you wanted a number 5 combo with a fry lovers fry and a medium coke and all you get on the receipt is a medium and fry lovers fry... excuse me what? Get rid of these machines id rather talk to people than a stupid machine

I have been going to this Checkers for almost 6 years. I have never had a bad experience. Food is always right, hot and tastes great and every employee I have met is respectful. It always so quick to get food too. Even when the line is out on 10th, it still moves quick. I have visited during lunch, dinner and late night and have never had a problem. Surprising because I won't go to other Checkers locations and I live in Bradenton, close to Sarasota.
