Katelin runs a tight ship. When I drove up to the location I saw several cars in the drive through and assumed it would take a long time so I opted to make my order from the counter inside. I made my order and was shocked that my bagel (special ordered), hash browns and coffee were ready within about a minute. I also observed the drive through line cycle like ten orders or more within the short period of time I was in and out of the parking lot. I was very impressed with the team...read full review
Super nice people!! Especially Shorty who made sure my order was thorough! The staff were super friendly and accommodating.
I ordered a hot latte when nobody else was there, and it was freezing when they gave it to me. Concerned that I was given an old drink that someone else didn’t want.

The restaurant Dunkin' is a new location built into the side of a gas station. The inside is very nice and spacious, almost like it has its own store. There are tables to eat inside and two self service screens to place your own order. The employees are very nice, helpful, polite and friendly. One customer ordered a bagel (special ordered), hash browns and coffee and the order was ready within about a minute. The drive through line cycles many orders quickly, and the drive through barely backs up. Orders have been correct and the staff has been very polite. However, one customer ordered a hot latte and it was freezing when they gave it to them. The team atmosphere, cleanliness and responsiveness of everyone is impressive. It is not that busy yet. This is the best Dunkin' ever been to.
