“I would first like to say great staff. There were two young women at lunch with a line of people and online orders. Both African Americans, they were so friendly and so attentive to customers. The food came out great. The line of people left within minutes. They worked so effectively together. We had an amazing experience in this subway. We are from Tennessee and when I say I loved the experience I had here. Clean, friendly, fast paced. We also loved the little helper the young lady had. He was such a ball of joy. Overall great staff. Props to the manager and training these girls to be so welcoming. WILL DEFINITELY VISIT AGAIN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“We waited until 9:45 yesterday 9/29/25 to order our food the lady there kept walking outside and wouldn’t open the restaurant we stood there from 9 am until 9:45 and finally gave up and didn’t get to order our food. Very unprofessional she just walked right past us as we stood there beside the bars.“

Our second time ordering, we went to pick-up and waited while other people received their orders who came in after us. After seeing this, we asked again about our order and it was left sitting in the back for about 15 min. Gave it to us, with no other exchange. “We used to enjoy Sweet Berries, dedpite habitually slow service. No more, after last night. We ordered soups & salads (most likely already prepared) to eat in, then sat & sat & sat while to-go orders were called - several of them had bern put in AFTER we had ordered. After half an hour my husband checked with them as to the status & was told it would be right up. More to-go orders were taken * filled, while we sat, waiting. We finally threw in the towel & demanded our money back & left. We won't ne back, and we will no longer recommend Sweet Berries to others.“

“Amazing‼️I’ve had Charley’s before not at this location but I have to say it was pretty decent cheesesteak. But what impressed me the most was that I asked for was some A-1 steak sauce and they said they didn’t have any. So I started to eat and the associate had went in the store and bought a bottle of A-1 and brought it to me. Amazing service and you can tell they really care about their customers.“

“I don’t really leave reviews cause who has the time but I think the staff at this location deserve a raise. I’ve only been here twice, and have received phenomenal service both times. Steven (Stephen?) is extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient and you can tell he cares about his coworkers and takes pride in his work. Mason is very personable, takes the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want the way you want it, and also cares deeply about helping the people who come into his store. “The best drive-thru Subway ever! staff is always friendly and everything is always fresh here. This place is batting a thousand out of almost 15 trips here. Bravo to the staff, I've been to a lot of subways , but this place is always exceeding expectations, they make the best Subway subs here.

Today I went to Subway in Parrish, Fl ad the line was at the door with 8-9 people waiting…because my favor Subway in Ellenton, Fl was closed down !?? I think the store in Parrish is so busy at 11:00-1:30pm because it’s the only Subway and everybody now that Ellenton has NO Subway! Staff is over worked with the amount of people.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the employee working this afternoon (05/17/2025 around 1 PM). He was the only one in the shop, handling a steady line of customers all on his own, and I was genuinely impressed by how calmly and professionally he managed everything.

At one point, a mobile order customer came in and was extremely rude—borderline dehumanizing—because his order wasn’t ready yet. Despite being clearly overwhelmed, the employee remained kind, apologetic, and composed. I even let the mobile order customer go ahead of my son and me just to help ease the situation and get him out of there quicker.

To that employee: I really hope you were able to take a well-earned break after that. You handled the entire situation with grace and patience, and I want you to know that your efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for showing up, for doing your best, and for treating everyone with respect—even when it wasn’t returned. Not all customers are like that, and people like you make a real difference.

I placed an in store pick up today during lunch and just as I pulled in to grab my food my toddler fell asleep in the back seat.

I called the store and begrudgingly asked if someone could run my bag out to the car to avoid waking my daughter up.

Jake, who answered the phone not only took care of this for me but made it obvious from his tone and demeanor that it wasn't a bother for him at all.

I cant explain how much this gesture saved my day.“
