“I am a platinum IHG member who stays at this hotel at least once every year. I love everything about this place and it is the only hotel in PCB where I'll ever stay. On some visits, we never leave the hotel because everything you could ever need is right there. My only complaint about my 9/2023 stay is the way we were treated by a member of the hotel staff on our last night. We were walking through the parking lot on our way back from dinner. One member of our party happened to exhale vape smoke in the hotel parking lot. That prompted one of the hotel staff to become very rude and order us to the smoking area. He was so rude that we chose to simply walk past him and not even acknowledge that he was talking to us. I do understand that the hotel is completely smoke free but that staff member could obviously tell from our wristbands that we were hotel guests and could have been a little friendlier toward us. Because I did not want to ruin the last night of our vacation, I chose to let this event slide. However, if another staff member of this hotel is ever rude towards me or any other members of my party during future stays, I will immediately report them to hotel management. After all, my visits help to pay the salaries of the staff members and if I am not treated respectfully, I can find another hotel to support.“

“A great experience each visit. Games on the 6 televisions with lots of fun company to banter with. Margherita's aplenty, Captains punch flowing on a steady basis kept the laughs going well into a beautiful sunset. Highly recommend for that twice a year special evening of fun for grown-ups.“

Every dish was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with love. What really made the night special though was our server Andra!!! She was beyond amazing, so kind, attentive, and absolutely hilarious. She made us feel right at home, like we were dining with family. It’s rare to find service that genuine and joyful. Our party of 13 was quickly given a large table, the drinks were great, food was on par, and the staff were all friendly from the get. The sweet woman at the desk to check in, the staff along the way to the table, our server, and the other waitstaff. 10/10 recommend. If you’re trying to decide which of the two to dine, Grand Marlin or Captain Anderson’s, I highly recommend the latter.“
