Krystal offers a good experience with hot, fresh food. The service remains top-notch, with incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and friendly staff who are doing the company justice. The drive-through experience was excellent. The location provides ample parking and wheelchair accessibility. Despite the older building, the restrooms were kept clean. However, if there is a General Manager responsible for cleanliness, they need to get in the store a little more frequently, as some customers found the dining room and tables to be dirty. This can be a slow store, with some customers waiting a long time to order.
