“I just picked up my food and I was appalled. My corn was brown and shriveled. It was not fit for an animal to eat. I have concerns about the health conditions of this food . I have always gotten good food from the tyndall pkwy store until now. My gumbo was cold. My chicken dinner that cost me 9.99 had 2 small pieces of chicken. I talked to the shift manager by phone. He told me to come back up and he would give me another piece of corn.as far as the gumbo he said just heat it up in the microwave. His response to the lack of chicken in the box was I know they mis represent themselves on this chicken dinner. You only get 2 chicken straps with it. He told me to come back and I would get a meal and a piece of corn. I hope he throws the rest of that corn out after our conversation. If not guess what patrons you may be getting that corn.”

“I live in Chipley and pass this place when I go to Panama. I FINALLY stopped yesterday and was told by the kind man who took my order “this is gonna be your favorite place and these are the best crepes you’ll ever eat” He was NOT lying!! 😍😍😍 These were the BEST I’ve ever had! “This is definitely a staple and one of the best restaurants to really uphold the influence and standards for the community. This is coming from a local… going on 32 and lived here since I was 5. They are one of a kind. I absolutely love the art and atmosphere. This bar is a an atmosphere like no other. Seth and Cat were absolutely amazing and offered wonderful customer service! If you get the chance I would recommend asking for them because they were also so knowledgeable about every drink and all of the food.”

“We have tried several times in the past and we were not overly impressed. But today we decided to give it another shot and we were not disappointed in the least the food was amazing and the service was great Liz was great with recommendations and quick speedy service. We didn’t eat outside but were seated within 10 minutes. If you haven’t tried before I recommend trying and if you tried in the past and weren’t happy I would recommend a second chance the menu has greatly improved. Will definitely be back.”

“Arrived at 10:05 for lunch because breakfast ended at 10:00. One server took our drink order and said our server would be taking our order shortly. 10 minutes later she took our order. Meanwhile over the next 30 minutes several customers arrived and were served drinks and meals. Our server returned a couple of times with excuses why our food wasn't ready. After waiting patiently for 1 hour we got up and left. No one approached us to ask why we were leaving. This was our first visit to Big Mamas and will not be returning.”

“Sadly I don't remember our servers name but she was amazing! The receipt doesn't have a name, just says Server# 2(2). The food was delicious and very good portion sizes. Did not have to wait to be seated and very quick service time for the food to come out to us. Only complaint is I wish they had a booster seat for our toddler instead of only having high chairs.”
