There was only one person working the front of house, and I'd normally say this is insufficient, but her level of service was astronomical. If Miami subs were a video game, her character would be in multitasking god mode.

She took my order, sprinted to the parking lot to return a customer's wallet, got back to her work station in seconds, and continued our conversation. She did all this while answering the kitchen's questions & getting her work done. She was like a combination of Usain Bolt, Keanu Reeves & Rosie (from the Jetsons).

“I had lunch here because I was thinking of something I hadn’t had recently and I couldn’t remember the last time I had an Arby’s roast beef. I’m so glad I did. I visited at the best time as I was the only person in the store. My order was taken promptly and my food presented super fast.

My classic roast beef was just as delicious today as the first one I had 50+ years ago. And today there’s an option for fries in the meal that offers crinkle cut fries, my favorite.
