“Food is always great at JM's, but what makes this specific location the best is the two young ladies who closed on Thursday, July 24th. I am in the restaurant biz myself, and I was amazed at how nice and genuine they were. I entered around 8:40 pm (they closed at 9:00pm) and I asked if I could still order and they didn't blink. They made me feel relaxed that I could enjoy my meal after I worked a 12-hour shift.

To Caesar (owner) and Cassidy (GM), I am sure you are aware already, but you have two great employees working for you and who representJM with such kindess and professionalism.

“Got two Italian 8 inches- buy one get one. The sandwiches were MASSIVE! A ton of meat. They come cold, so I toasted one and ate the other cold. The first one I ate gave me two meals. They are cut in half.
The second one gave me two meals the next day. Honestly, hot or cold, the subs are amazing. I will definitely order from them again!“

“This is my second time to eat at this place located inside the walmart. The first time they only deserved 3 stars, because the attention was lousy, the girl looked like a zombie, she doesn't speak, she doesn't move, and you don't know if she's listening, or if she's kidding you. This time it's a little more lively, I improve the customer service part, wake up! The bread was prepared quickly, good and fresh ingredients and the oven worked for a hot and crispy loaf. This time I arrived with my daughter, she ordered a pizza combo. The soda machine is not working yet, you must buy the can at a cost of 2.99 plus tax. It's a good point, good location, I think it's just improving details, the place is clean and organized.“

“Such amazing staff we have no choice but to go back and support them. The car unfortunately broke down but luckily it was in this stores plaza. After the manager learned this she gave us a free sandwhich and allowed me to wait in the air conditioned store for as long as I needed. She insisted and ensured her employees don’t charge me. Such kind people. I will be back very soon!“

Good to see the owner so involved in the day to day running of the business. Very hard to keep sufficient staff at many of the Coral Springs restaurants,(***hint: if you have any concern at any small local business, always ask to talk to the manager or owner before plastering a negative review…small businesses deserve our support and welcome the chance to make it right). Sometimes I will take a container of chicken salad home so I can enjoy it at my convenience. Btw, just tried the broccoli salad as a side…my new favorite, and I usually don’t even like broccoli! “Allen and Tyrin made the whole visit way better than a sandwich shop has any right to be. They were quick, on point with the order, and actually seemed to care about getting everything right. The place was clean, the service didn’t drag, and both of them were genuinely helpful the entire time. Honestly one of the smoothest Subway runs I’ve had.“

“The two girls working there during the morning/lunch are always on top of their game everytime I come in. They make me feel welcomes and give off a great atmosphere. I order the tuna sub and have it toasted and I end up getting the meal with cookies. Veggies are always fresh and the breads soft. I recommend coming during lunch times when they there. My only issue is the prices being so high“

“This is a stand alone location on a busy road. We ordered inside, so we parked. The parking lot is all the way in the back, so you need to be careful when walking to the building (walking with the drive thru traffic) The cashier was pleasant and helpful. The food properly prepared. Most patrons seem to use the drive thru and that seemed quick for them, although we were there at 8pm. We would return.“

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that once I ordered here and the sub tasted like tuna fish when that wasn't what I ordered, but usually the subs are fine and they don't skip on the meat or perform rush assemblies.“

Every day I come in for sub artist Nia. Some days a sub, some days a salad.I love walking in to be greeted by her smile and genuine " hey peter, welcome", "are we doing a salad with the crispy bacon you love?". Nia keeps subways motto of fresh to the fullest. Fresh ingredients personally prepared, fresh Flores and clean counter space, fresh positive vibes in the store.While waiting in line I see considerate consistency for all patrons. Everyone gets a unique costumer service and respect for there time here with Nia. Sanitary conditions are always priority with her ( changing gloves, cleaning counter space). I've seen her deal with complicated orders so politely and professional. Always smiling and keeping everyone's requests in mind while in a busy store. Something keeps me coming back here. Management would be proud and should be honored to have Nia on the team.
