The staff are very kind, helpful, and the prices are fantastic. I live over an hour away, but coming here is so worth the drive. I am very pleased, and I will definitely be back for more.”

Their subs are huge, and they definitely don’t skimp on the meat or toppings. “We came in for the first time not knowing what to expect in terms of quality. However as soon as we entered we were welcomed by reception staff and we loved the design and atmosphere of this location. Our waitress, Nikki, was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable about the companies roots, and could easily identify how individual dishes were prepared and where the ingredients and/or recipes were from. She was extremely friendly, accommodating and attentive - with a great sense of humor to boot. The food was also excellent and very satisfying. The Lobster roll was amazing, as well as the crab cakes! We will certainly be returning sooner than later. Thank you for such a great experience Nikki!”

“Greeted by staff when entering and thanked on the way out. Table service is excellent. Drinks brought promptly. Questions answered in detail about the menu. Beautiful restaurant decor. Our meals were excellent. Give a shout out to the bacon cook. Perfection. Eggs cooked to our likens. You can pay at your table through your phone or at a register. Highly recommend an excellent experience. Personally I think tea and coffee over priced at &3.99.”

“My husband and I ate at Ferraro's on January 28th at 5:15pm. Our waitress was Ronnie. She was a good waitress but we would have liked her to smile. She acted like she really did not want to be there. On the other hand, Emma came over to our table to check to see if we had gotten all our food and if we needed anything else. She had a super personality and I personally asked if she was an assistant manager. She said no. She went over to several tables to check to see if they were happy with everything. Emma made our night. We are glad that you have a person like this who enjoys work working here. Our compliments to Emma!!!! Food was delicious as usual.”

“Your regular height tables are on wheels. Great idea BUT you need to put endcaps on the table legs. I stood to leave the table and my shoe caught and stuck under the table leg by the wheel. I went flying and luckily caught a tall table on my down which broke my fall. Today needless to say I am very sore. Thanks”
