I left my eyeglasses there and when I noticed I immediately called back and spoke with the owner the next morning to ask if anyone turned them in and if not, could they review their camera. She wasn't willing to help, and she offered many excuses. She had a nonchalant attitude. Why have a camera system if they are refusing to check it when needed. After numerous requests from me insisting she follow up; finally, she took my name but still I have not heard back from her or anyone else at this establishment. It's sad they treat a loyal customer this way. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!“
