they use two tortillas for tacos
Manatee has no shortage of great tacos, but my wife and I always find ourselves driving 40 minutes out of our way for this particular truck. A few things set them apart: the meat is super clean (no gristle) and chopped really fine, the sauces are incredible, and as a bonus they often have those spicy marinated onions and grilled peppers in a container sitting out to enhance the flavorful experience.
