Went today (6/4/22)-food was meh, I don’t particularly care for Poppo’s food but that’s where Mom wanted to go today. One of the employees was so incredibly rude, LOUDLY passive aggressive because SHE made a mistake when she misheard my mother with her order. I’ve work retail, and now work in healthcare, and would never speak to anyone that way, whether at work or in personal life. I won’t be supporting establishments that believe that kind of behavior is okay.

Poppo's Taqueria offers fresh, delicious Mexican type street food with unbeatable prices. The food is always fresh, well prepared, and the flavors are perfect. The salsa is the best, and each bite from the bowl to the chips to the quesadilla is spectacular. Customers enjoy the build your own quesadilla with black beans and rice, chicken, feta, pico de gallo, pickled cabbage/onion, and cilantro with chili aoili, or the baby burrito with chicken, beans, rice, and pico and cabbage for around $5. The Ferngully salad and a bowl with ancho chicken, white rice, and pinto beans are also popular. The restaurant uses organic/healthier ingredients and avoids cheap toxic oils. The staff is friendly and helpful, with great customer service. The food is set up cafeteria style for quick ordering. Fountain drinks include fruit flavored sodas and ginger ale made with real sugar, and canned and bottled products including beer are available. The restaurant is clean and highly recommended.
