“I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!! the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“

Place smells amazing. The service was nice. The customization option via drive thru is a lil harder via window. I couldn't remember the options I should of went inside. But that's why I like the app you can pick and choose . Still nommy“

“I eat here frequently. Hayden is the best manager as he was quick to fix a mistake that was made. I keep forgetting to send a letter to his boss and the general manager. He has excellent costumer service and difused a situation that could have exculated when a mistake was made on the price of my order. He ensures that I receive a copy of the receipt that shows what I pay for and that his staff understands why it is important to me. I know I can be a bit of a pain about the receipt but I truly appreciate the understanding. It's a glitch with Jimmy John's practices that should be changed and not the fault of the one who rang me up that day. I just want to make that clear as I know she still works there and this isn't the only Jimmy John's that has had this issue. In any event, the staff is great.“

I had my first experience at Jimmy John’s today, and I was really impressed! The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and everyone working there was so friendly and welcoming. I tried the Roast Beef & Cheddar sandwich, and it was deliciou, fresh bread, perfectly sliced meat, and just the right amount of flavor. The service was fast, and the staff made the experience even better with their positive attitude. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!“
