“I eat here frequently. Hayden is the best manager as he was quick to fix a mistake that was made. I keep forgetting to send a letter to his boss and the general manager. He has excellent costumer service and difused a situation that could have exculated when a mistake was made on the price of my order. He ensures that I receive a copy of the receipt that shows what I pay for and that his staff understands why it is important to me. I know I can be a bit of a pain about the receipt but I truly appreciate the understanding. It's a glitch with Jimmy John's practices that should be changed and not the fault of the one who rang me up that day. I just want to make that clear as I know she still works there and this isn't the only Jimmy John's that has had this issue. In any event, the staff is great.“

I had my first experience at Jimmy John’s today, and I was really impressed! The restaurant was exceptionally clean, and everyone working there was so friendly and welcoming. I tried the Roast Beef & Cheddar sandwich, and it was deliciou, fresh bread, perfectly sliced meat, and just the right amount of flavor. The service was fast, and the staff made the experience even better with their positive attitude. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!“

“I used to go to Subway at Baymeadows store # 42816-0 and even though it was .5 miles from my house, I stopped because Wendy's crew was SO rude and petty to me; but ever since the manager Jacob Groo took over the store, the food is great, and the SERVICE is so much better. The restaurant chain was founded in 1994 by two former firefighter brothers in Jacksonville, Florida, Firehouse Subs is known for great food and for giving back to first responders through its Public Safety Foundation. They have about 1300 locations worldwide. This location lives up to that reputation with friendly service, quality ingredients, and a great sandwich. I ordered a large firehouse hero sandwich. The sandwich was made as I watched. It was delicious, filled with meat, and packed with flavor. They offer a variety of other options, including salads and kid-friendly meals. “Came into your establishment today to get some sandwiches for me and my family to be told there will be 5 mins on bread by the manger Tonya no worries tho was was just nice and polite about it and in 5 mins I had freash bread witch I loved. Tonya and her staff are very nice and helpful and treated me very fairly and nicely hands down the best Sunway around.“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!! the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“
