Great customer service! The staff is were friendly and helpful. I also noticed the supervisor helping out the workers, which was nice to see.
Noralee is my favorite cashier! I usually come in on Tuesday nights and always look forward to seeing her. She wasn’t there this time, and the food was a little cold, but the service was still okay overall.

CAVA is a favorite spot with good food and a friendly atmosphere. Employees are kind, sweet, welcoming, and helpful, providing great service and positive attitudes. One team member is described as amazing and refreshing to meet. The steak karissa is mentioned, with a suggestion to change rice to white rice. Service is good overall, though waiting time can take 35 min or so to get the food. Food was a little cold at one visit, but service was still okay. The atmosphere is great, and the team works to provide the best service. Many plan to return to this location.
