Need to manage flow better. Went alone & felt forgotten. waiter good yet needs help when seating people make sure to have cutlery, set up, coffee/water and biscuits were not to your rep. Not waiters fault you should have an assistant that handles the pre order prep and brings coffee around. Was not best experience just so you know, not looking for anything only that you improve.
It being a Saturday I understand there would be a wait, but nearly 2 hours after you told us one hour!!! And to leave elderly people outside with no water, yes, we had to ask for it, was insane!!!
You took parties of 2-4 people before you took the larger parties. Which didn’t make since since we watched you move table to accommodate people after we were seated.
