I’ve been coming to El Balcón de las Américas for a long time and it’s always been a great spot for solid colombian food, great service, and atmosphere. That said, I was a bit let down during my last visit today—the bandeja paisa just didn’t meet the usual standards I’ve come to expect from this place. Just went for a weekend family ..No very welcome...all servers don't look like happy to work there no smile then we hasking for a glass of water that take for ever to get until we asked like 3 person different..french fries no made french..(frozen one) not very professional chef if not cut and made by them..kids menu not enough choices for kids...

The best Colombian food in town!!! This food is even better than the one I eat in Colombia!! Portions are huge and flavor is the original 👌🏻 the service by Cynthia was amazing she took great care of us!
