McDonald's in Pembroke Pines

“This is my second review for hervens the young striving employee , today I go in for my order he greets me again ask how’s I’m doing he definitely made my day today not only that but he asked me what’s your ticket number so I can bring your drink while the food is getting bagged then brings my food for me less then a minute I couldn’t believe how fast his service is I’ve never been to any McDonald’s like this give the young man a manager position I only come here because of his great energy he should atleast be a shift supervisor this young man will excell and grow this company up !! @ corporate“

“The lady that works on NYE tonight, is just amazing. She has a great service mind, polite and more friendly than some other people working in big restaurants I’ve experienced here. She’s working very hard too from what I see. She runs to do curbside delivery’s, serves food to dine-in customers, taking orders as well as preparing them. Thank you for working tonight and being very service oriented. 😊“

“Great drive up service Deontre (sorry on the spelling) was very pleasant and very professional. Young lady dispatching the food 2nd window was very professional and they missed an item after I checked she apologized and was very nice. I stopped in on 2/28 9:00 am.“
