I stopped by Pollo Tropical for a quick meal. Everything smelled so good, the place was clean everyone was very friendly. The food tasted very good and the pumpkin spice cheesecake was excellent. Thanks everyone ?? keep up the excellent work!
Went for my free birthday meal from the app. They couldn't get the discount to work. Therefore, no meal. Even the manager couldn't get the discount to work.
The right thing to do is make it work and provide the meal. The manager was only concerned about the bottom line instead of customer satisfaction.
Something in my food smells like poop and look what I found. I just threw up!! This is crazy!
