This location has to be one of the worst pollo tropical locations in my area. The website falsely advertises food and condiment items , and when you get to restaurant after already paying online they tell you they don't have it. Rather than offer an alternative solution the cashier just gives you a dumb look. Im never coming back to this location. Last time I was here the chicken was dry. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN. All the people that work here are RUDE AND THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed a mobile order on 11/13/21 and they gave me the wrong order, when I tried explaining the RUDE employee named Arianna, she started screaming at me like crazy in the middle of the restaurant and stated that she didn’t care because she didn’t make the order so that wasn’t her problem.
