Hands Down Lisa needs acknowledgment. She was amazing from the time I walked in with my 2 kids. Very patient and just made it more relaxing for me to get my food and drinks. Lisa energy is unmatchable and just amazing customer service definitely will be back. Also the services were nice and cared to do their job
I love this chain, but the Pembroke Pines location struggles a bit. Went to watch a couple of football games last week and they only had one on with Tetris and some sports news show on the other TVs. I asked to have one of the TVs switched to the other football game and was told a manager had to do it. I ate my whole meal without it ever getting changed. They also have forgotten part of meal each of the last two times I have gone there.
Fantastic service! Friendly and attentive. The server/bartender joked and said she thought we were secret shoppers when we weren't, but if I was they would have passed with flying colors. Amazing wings and drinks!
