It was delivery, so I can't speak to the service or atmosphere. However, I can say it was very fresh and flavorful. Which is precisely what you want when you want good food. That's pretty much there is to it. The food was very good.

Im a truck driver so I travel a lot and my favorite place to stop by in every city is pollo tropical, out of every pollo tropical i have been to this one definitely takes the cake. The customer service is great, the place is clean and the food is delicious. I 100% recommend stopping by.

I go to this pollo EVERY SINGLE DAY.. my daughter is a very picky eater she doesn’t eat the beans only the juice which is freshly made…. The Managers Francis, Sherry and her staff Ashley, crismellie(sorry if I miss spelled any names or didn’t mention) are AMAZING and professional they go out their way to make sure the order is right every time…I wish all pollo’s was like this location. =)
