“Reminder: I’m a dummy who didn’t tip. Tip double next time.Strong 7/10. Great prices. Very filling. Loroco pupusa was very solid. Exactly the type of cheese I like. The nopal pupusa wasn’t nearly as good. I think it may have had a different cheese. I’ll come back to try chorizo when I can eat meat again.Decent cabbage slaw. Fine picked red onions.“
“I saw the great reviews and had to try this restaurant. The waitress was so pleasant, and the service was speedy. We tried the famous Cubano, and it didn't disappoint. The pork was tender, and the ham had tons of flavor. The bread was perfectly toasted, and all came together nicely. The platanos had the perfect texture and sweet taste, which I would recommend with the Cubano. The white rice and black beans were just ok.“
“Amazing little spot in miami lakes, cozy and familiar place. The food was something else, quality all the time. The Spanish wine was the best, the decoration and the live music was so good I swear I was in Spain for a moment. Our service was spectacular you can feel how welcome you are. With El Pimiento you don't need a flight ticket to Spain you are just there. We stayed over 2 hours and didn’t want to go.“
“I'm lovin' it! The atmosphere is on point! Hospitality is awesome. The are very attentive. I love the flavors. I'm from Louisiana and currently live Texas. This homely feeling is what I've been missing. Who would of thought, that I would have gotten this in Miami. OMG! Man this is awesome. The music! It's everything! This place so loved.?“
“If I could take these empanadas to every state, I would. I've been ordering all the flavors for two days straight, and I swear they are my favorites. They also have very good service, very good prices and a very good product; the green sauce, the empanadas and the lunches, are the perfect balance of quality/price. Thank you very much, Mr Arepa“
“Absolutely delicious, I highly recommend for anyone interested in this type of food. Coming from Puerto Rico, the Mofongo and the Empanadas were the best i’ve tried in the area. The service was excellent, a very efficient staff, owner was very friendly, and chef is very experienced. Definitely will be returning without a doubt.“
“The ambiance of the spot is amazing and spacious, providing a comfortable dining experience. The meals were enchanting, and what's even better is that the prices were very affordable. The service was quick and efficient, with friendly waiters adding to the overall positive experience.“
“An excellent place to come with the family. The flamenco group is very good. Especially the balaidora. The guys from the extraordinary salsa group. I recommend everyone to come. And the prices are very supportive. 20 stars.Parking: Excellent“
“I tried a small Mexican restaurant close to my house and it gets 2+ thumbs up. La Esquina on sr 84 - meh ambiance, but the the food is fantastic! I had the steak & Shrimp - delish as were the chips & salsa with white queso dip. My wife had a steak quesadilla and it was delicious as well. We had the “agave wine” based margaritas to start - they were excellent. Give them a shot….“
“Great food - this restaurant transition from Spanish to Peruvian. They kept the Spanish menu (Entretapas) but added the Peruvian cusine. The decor is modern and clean. Flamenco show is still on Saturday and have live "soft rock" on Friday nights. Enjoy it!“
“Dominican food is so good!!! We had Matahambre, good for two people $29.95. Service, we had one waitress so bad and we ask another one which wasn’t serve our area and she was very very good. It was a show “Rock’n tu idioma” and it was fantastic! Atmosphere was party, and hookah “Love” so awesome. Bad thing only two choices of flavor, mint and love. Two choices of drinks, mojitos or margaritas. Small choices of beers too. But we went to had fun and we made it widely!!!!!“
“Well-prepared ham and chorizo compared to others made in small businesses. The snacks to eat in the place have very poor and simple preparation. Bites with a tiny slice of cheese and ham. With a little slice of lettuce, dry, graceless. Nothing I can say, how tasty. The rest I did not try. It is good to take the sausage but not to snack on.“
“This is the fourth time I visit this place and it never disappoints. We were seated within 2 minutes of arriving. Saturday around 4 pm. Parking is a bit tight because it's located in Pembroke gardens and that shopping center is always packed. I must say my wife's family is spanish and we enjoy a good spanish meal. Compared to food in Madrid this place meets quality and expectations. We had: Pulpo a la gallega: amazing, but different from fried octopus but totally worth it. Patatas bravas: potato with a sauce you just try Croquetas - ham: very good a bit pricey in my opinion for croquetas but they are very good Paella mixta: reason for the 4 stars. First time I don't like it as much, missing salt and flavor, I did let them know as the other times I've been there the paella has been good Stuffed peppers: I'm not a fan but my wife loved them stuffed with fish and she claims they were amazing For any beer fans I recommend you try Estrella de Galicia. Very unique flavor and it was a fave on my visits to Spain so it's great being able to have it here Service was very very good , we were served by Richard who was very nice and attentive to everything we needed.“
