“My son and I have been coming here for years, we always have good service but on Friday, September 27th we had EXCEPTIONAL service. Jackson greeted us with a huge smile and can-do attitude. Our pretzels were fresh, hot, and salty. Our large lemonade was one of the best I’ve ever had, much better than the ones you pay $10 for at the fairgrounds lol. He turned our day around and definitely deserves recognition for his customer service! Bonus points for the awesome earrings and directions to Spirit Halloween, which is way too small this year! 😂👍🏼“

“The food here is incredibly delicious. The burgers are freshly grilled, ensuring a wonderful taste and aroma. The prices are reasonable. The service is warm and attentive. When they found out I was Chinese, they even made an effort to greet and thank me in Chinese. This café, located next to the Pensacola Library with direct access from the library, is fantastic. It’s the most literary café in Pensacola and comes highly recommended. One suggestion: the burgers and sandwiches might be a bit salty for those who prefer a less salty taste.“

“I've gone to this place frequently and I have to say it's always an alright experience. I feel like I'm supporting a local business and sometimes the food is really good other times it's just mid. We did the springtime tea which was 28 dollars, it was okay. The pastry didn't feel fresh but the sandwiches were phenomenal. The macarons have a strange sticky layer on the outside that makes it feel like it's been frozen and thawed. The drinks though have always been phenomenal. It's definitely coffee for coffee lovers but I always enjoy the tea.“
