“Staff came right outside when I hit “Im here” on the app! Usually the staff open the box for you to see the product but this time it was just handed to me. The box had cookie crumbs on it when it was handed to me. One of the cookies was cut by the box lid when I opened the box and one looked like it had been moved around in the box, they both still tasted good, but luckily this order was for me to enjoy personally!“

“Only traditional bakery in town. Great staff and very talented decorators. Shanelle is the Pensacola Cake Queen, her cookies are pretty fabulous too! I love the huge selection of their original recipes. Some of my favorites are the almond crescents, creamed horns, maple bars, cheese danishes, brownies, fruit tarts, and cookies.“

“Best prices for discounted bakery items as well as freshness. Not stale nor old bakery items as some may believe. They carry all your named brand bakery foods such as Little Debbie and Hostess, just to name a few. The store is well maintained and has a friendly atmosphere.“

“Truly enjoyed the cakes however, was met with a rude comment by one of the young ladies at the counter. I would expect you often get asked if you have forks; but to be told “ no, we are not a grocery store” was extremely rude and a bit shocking.“

“We just moved to the Pensacola area and this was one of the places on my list to visit and it did not disappoint!! All cookies we chose were sooooo delicious, I had a hard time picking just one. “My son and I have been coming here for years, we always have good service but on Friday, September 27th we had EXCEPTIONAL service. Jackson greeted us with a huge smile and can-do attitude. Our pretzels were fresh, hot, and salty. Our large lemonade was one of the best I’ve ever had, much better than the ones you pay $10 for at the fairgrounds lol. He turned our day around and definitely deserves recognition for his customer service! Bonus points for the awesome earrings and directions to Spirit Halloween, which is way too small this year! 😂👍🏼“

“The casino cake for my Mom, was exactly what I saw in my mind. She absolutely loved it so much that she did not want to cut it. The lemon coconut cake was delicious and so well balanced.
