I purchased a loaf of sourdough bread from Emerald Coast Bread Company at the Palafox Market a couple of weekends ago. Unfortunately, the very next day the bread was already moldy. I paid $12 for the loaf and didn’t even get the chance to eat any of it.
I emailed the company about the issue but never received a response. I understand that things happen, but I was disappointed with both the quality and the lack of customer service.
