“Old Hickory Whiskey Bar never disappoints. The atmosphere is warm, intimate, and perfectly suited for a relaxing evening. The dim lighting, candle glow, and shelves lined with bottles give it that classic, almost timeless feel. I ordered a pour of Lagavulin 16, and it was served with care. It was the kind of attention you expect from people who genuinely appreciate good whiskey/scotch. The staff knew their stuff and made great recommendations without being pushy. It’s not a place for food, but it’s a place for conversation, good company, and enjoying a drink the way it’s meant to be enjoyed. One of those bars that makes you slow down and savor the moment.“

“This is a really nice Lodge with some really good people! They have parking for RVs with electric and water. They had a wonderful prime rib dinner!! Call them and check for the nights, usually on Fridays, but call to be sure. So worth it! A very active Lodge. If you're not a member, you should become one! It's really easy and it's really worth it, especially if you travel a lot in your RV!“

“Not bad, pretty chill vibe, definitely a younger crowd bar, Not a great beer selection, nothing on tap, and a bunch of their specialty drinks seem to be gin based. I don't drink gin it gives me a raging headache. Their small menu called bites was pretty good. Overall it wasn't bad at all we'd visit again. My wife and I had several drinks and a few bites as we waited for the show at the Saenger to start.“

“Restaurant Iron has long been our go-to destination in downtown Pensacola. Its intimate ambiance, dedicated upscale menu, and consistent quality made it stand out above any other establishment in the area. We’ve brought out-of-town guests to showcase the richness of the local cuisine, always confident that the experience—from the first cocktail to the last bite of Nutella or raspberry ganache pie—would impress. Our typical order was a ritual: shareable truffle fries, a perfectly cooked ribeye (always photo-worthy), and a decadent dessert to close. These elements, paired with the cozy atmosphere, were what made Iron so special. Unfortunately, our most recent visit on May 9 was deeply disappointing. Despite the torrential downpour, we didn’t think twice about keeping our reservation. But upon arrival, we were met with an entirely different experience. The menu, which now features sliders and sandwich-style dishes, felt more suited for a casual lunch spot than the refined dining experience we had come to love. Several signature dishes were removed, and the new offerings didn’t align with the elevated identity Iron once upheld. Even the menu design itself no longer reflects the restaurant’s original charm. Service also fell short of expectations. We were served the wrong salad, and the correct one arrived without dressing. Dessert—though eventually comped—took an unexpectedly long time to be served, rounding out an already lackluster evening. We truly hope this is a temporary shift. Restaurant Iron was once our top choice for special occasions and recommendations. But based on our last visit, we no longer feel confident choosing it for a date night or referring friends and family. Please reconsider restoring the signature dishes and experience that made Iron exceptional.“

“This bar has such a fun and lively atmosphere! Between the arcade games and karaoke, there’s always something to do, and it’s a great spot to hang out with friends. A few of the arcade games did take our money, but the bartender was awesome and immediately replaced it, which made the experience even better. The energy of the place and the mix of games and music make it a spot I’d definitely come back to for a casual, fun night out.“

“Another excellent dining experience at Brother Fox to celebrate my beautiful wife's birthday. From the valet, server, general manager, and Chef Hernandez we were treated with friendly smiles and delicious entrees. We had the charcuterie board and escargot as appetizers and the tomahawk steak for our main dinner. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. “This was our first visit. I had the lean brisket burnt ends, my friends had the ribs. Both were wonderful! The burnt ends were tender and the ribs were moist and tender as well—Perfection! Cheyenne, our server was kind, very friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. I wish I could give 10 stars. We were told the BBQ is no# 1 in Florida and no# 9 in the nation. I do not doubt it! Also, the ladies’ restroom was very clean.“

She got the blackened white fish and I got a shrimp po-boy, and oh boy were they delicious. They got our sides mixed up and brought out fresh made fries and okra for us pretty quickly. Everything we had was extremely good. The service was slow, but they were packed. Food is definitely worth the wait. “Local spot, we come here after work every other week. Marissa is a great bartender, the other bartenders are also good. They have rumple and i cant ask for much more than that. Be nice if you left the door open for the smoke to air out, as i smell like an ash tray when i get home, but it wont stop me from coming. Always a good place and never a problem“

“The ex-prison guard bouncer in the back of this bar is racist and aggressive. He is disrespectful, degrading and has no place at this bar. This used to be my favorite bar and now I have such a bad taste in my mouth about it that I don't ever want to go back. Such a horrible experience.“
