“I ordered, told the dining room was closing at 9. At 9:15 ,I was told by Sam that the dining room was closed and they were about to clean the floors. I found this to be very rude. Never do you make a customer feel like they are being asked to leave. Chicfila you can do better at training your managers! I have never been treated so poorly at this restaurant until now. Very disappointed.“
“The service is always good and the food is good. THIS is the last chick-fil-a in town with an indoor playground. I deeply wish the others still had them. When they move across the street there is a strong possibility that the new one won't and that makes me and my son very sad.“
“The staff fully maintains the chick-fil-a customer service standards even though they are in an airport. Food was hot and fresh and the staff truly cared about what they were doing, which is a skill you cannot teach. I appreciated having excellent customer service In the wee hours of the morning and the other customers felt the same.“
“We all know Chick-fil-a is God's heaven on earth in every way shape and form. No matter how many times I come here, it never fails how great the service is. Even when I mess up my own order on the to go app (I was still learning how to work it), they apologized to me AND offered to correct my order no matter how much I politely declined. Most time they tell me to hush lol. I love Chick-fil-a and all of the wonderful employees at this location. “The Staff at this restaurant are Above and Beyond Professional, Pleasant, and Helpful. I was Dining with my Toddler Nephew, and they took my order, Carried our beverages to the table and retrieved a highchair all with quickness. This establishment treats Customers to 4 🌟 Service.“
