“I ordered, told the dining room was closing at 9. At 9:15 ,I was told by Sam that the dining room was closed and they were about to clean the floors. I found this to be very rude. Never do you make a customer feel like they are being asked to leave. Chicfila you can do better at training your managers! I have never been treated so poorly at this restaurant until now. Very disappointed.“
“This chic Fila is alot slower than the usual. Kinda rude when u start telling them your order and they interrupt by asking you for your name...then gotta repeat your order cause they were not even trying to hear your order before they get ur name.“
“The service is always good and the food is good. THIS is the last chick-fil-a in town with an indoor playground. I deeply wish the others still had them. When they move across the street there is a strong possibility that the new one won't and that makes me and my son very sad.“
“The staff fully maintains the chick-fil-a customer service standards even though they are in an airport. Food was hot and fresh and the staff truly cared about what they were doing, which is a skill you cannot teach. I appreciated having excellent customer service In the wee hours of the morning and the other customers felt the same.“
“We've dined at several Chick-fil-A locations and this is our favorite. The convenience of being inside a food court is a plus.
The order was taken immediately as we approached the counter. The food came out faster than we expected.
At lunch hour the tables are at a premium. It got crowded very quickly. Kudos to the cleaning crew. They were on top of it.

“I ordered 14 breakfast sandwiches for an early morning pickup. They were done on time, nicely wrapped, with plenty of extra sauces and napkins. Superior quality was evident in every bite. The PT clinic where I took the food was very appreciative and raved about how good the food was.“
