“I ordered, told the dining room was closing at 9. At 9:15 ,I was told by Sam that the dining room was closed and they were about to clean the floors. I found this to be very rude. Never do you make a customer feel like they are being asked to leave. Chicfila you can do better at training your managers! I have never been treated so poorly at this restaurant until now. Very disappointed.“
“Staff was super friendly as always, we got the 100th customer celebration for my daughter and a free half dozen of chocolate chip cookies! The interior was super clean and had an elderly gentleman constantly walking through to clean and offer to refill drinks if needed. Overall great experience.

“We all know Chick-fil-a is God's heaven on earth in every way shape and form. No matter how many times I come here, it never fails how great the service is. Even when I mess up my own order on the to go app (I was still learning how to work it), they apologized to me AND offered to correct my order no matter how much I politely declined. Most time they tell me to hush lol. I love Chick-fil-a and all of the wonderful employees at this location. Keep up the great work!!!Side note...feel free to throw an extra nugget in a random 8 count --- I promise that will make someones (my) day!!!“
“On February 18th I flew into Pensacola from Houston TX. My flight was the last flight out for the night and was delayed because of weather. We were an hour late getting into Pensacola. When I exited the plane my Texas DL fell out of my pocket, unknown to me until I was in the car exiting the airport. I came back and went up to security, but everything was closed. It was 11:30 there was no more flights and everyone was going home. There were some flight attendants leaving and they pointed me to the baggage area. Someone would be there. So I waited and then came a figure that resembled an angel. Micheal Bell for United airlines. The small things go along way, and if he is a representation of how Pensacola International airport treats their guests… job well done. 10/10 💙 thank you.“

Parking: I selected free parking garage because there was a drive-thru but you can't really park there
